In refurbishing any building time is often the mitigating factor of committing to the works. What we mean by this is that their never seems to be the right time to undertake a full refurbishment. As a result what often takes place is either waiting to complete floors once a tenant has vacated or trying to refit around existing tenants.

Our approach over the years has been to assist the owners in whatever way possible. One of the ways, which we have found, is by trying to conduct the work at the most appropriate time. This could well mean working extended times after business hours.

We are fortunate that we have the flexibility within our workforce to conduct works during these hours without incurring large costs. This flexibility can often mean a building can be refurbished within a shorter time frame.
